Hello Warband!

We are actually planning to include a brochure inside each Warlords box that will lead you to our new project page. However, due to the delays, we wanted to share this update early so you don’t miss out on the Early Bird opportunities.

Just like Warlords, these two books are the result of great passion and hard work. They’re not a board game this time, but as many of you D&D fans will recognize, this is a 5E sourcebook and adventure module.

Hello all!

We think it’s time to share an update regarding the production and delays. We’ve received most of the game components, albeit later than expected. We personally visited the production facilities and carried out our quality checks. The only issue was with the cutting of the smaller cards, so they will be reprinted and cut again this week.

We’re very close to receiving the final products and shipping them out to you. Until then, we’ll continue to share regular updates here at every step of the process.

Production and Shipping Update!

Hello Warband!

The calculations are done, we’ve spoken with various shipping partners, and we’re ready to move forward!

The games are currently at the printing house and have officially entered production. It took time but we found a local printing house with experience about boardgames. We’ve completed our final checks! What happens next lies in the hands of the production gods. If no mischievous underworld spirits interfere with our work, we’ll have the games in our hands very soon. After that, we’ll move quickly to ship them out to all of you.

We kindly ask you to check your emails and complete the shipping survey process through your BackerKit panel. We’re happy to share that we were largely able to stay within the shipping estimates we projected and listed on the project page, so you shouldn’t encounter any major surprises. Since the number of copies being shipped per country isn’t very high, we weren’t able to secure better shipping deals than anticipated. Next time, hopefully!

The one exception is Turkey. Since we’re based here, we were able to arrange a better deal and bring shipping costs below our original estimates.

Please note: shipping fees may appear higher than expected until you fully enter your address details. The correct amount will be displayed at the final step. If you believe there’s an error, don’t hesitate to message us.

Over the past few days, some of you reached out regarding address changes. We’re happy to say that everything appears to be functioning properly on our end. At this stage, it’s enough if you simply double-check your address one final time through backerkit.

We’ll dedicate a few weeks to resolve possible issues and making sure everyone has completed their shipping process. After that, we’ll send out your tracking numbers.

To ensure faster delivery, all shipments will be sent by air, so they shouldn’t take long to reach you. 

We’re incredibly excited! See you on the steppes!

Hello Warband!

First of all, happy new year everyone! We’re here with a quick update. We’ve locked backer orders through BackerKit. Since we need final numbers before starting production, this step had to be completed prior to full manufacturing. You should have been notified about this via an email sent to your account two days ago. There’s nothing you need to do for this process unless you decide to add an extra add-on, in which case you’ll need to message us directly. 

There are still a few people who haven’t completed their survey yet, so this is a friendly reminder for them to act quickly.

As for shipping: due to the New Year, prices have been updated, and we’ve just received the latest rate lists from the companies we’re considering working with. This process took longer than we expected, and we apologize for the delay. We’re doing our best to ensure the safest possible delivery at the lowest feasible shipping cost. Because of this, we haven’t been able to start the shipping survey process yet, even though we thought that last week we would. We hope to start next week without any new delays.

The games themselves are about to enter production. Pre-printing processes have also taken a bit longer than anticipated. We can’t wait to send you your games! But hold fast, brave warriors of the steppe! We’re very close to riding together against the terrible monsters threatening our homeland! (And, of course, tripping each other up and cheating our way to becoming the Great Khan.)
